Phil Hughes is the founder of Big Roof.  He is a commercial leader and an expert in the digital world’s of talent, content, media & entertainment, and in commercial / IP law.

Phil has a unique perspective on the business and commerce of the future. Having worked at the sharp end of media planning and buying he progressed to qualify himself as an entertainment and IP lawyer at one of London's top firms. It was this experience that equipped him perfectly to join and then help grow and exit one of the most influential companies of a generation: digital talent firm, Gleam Futures. 

As a rock sturdy COO, Phil has a sixth sense to be able to identify opportunity, risks, and considerations in any disruptive industry or idea. He also is able to add strategy, substance and a practical roadmap (including business planning) to good ideas and innovations. His superpower is providing the tools and strategy for great ideas to happen, and happen at scale.
